Financial Hardship
In addition to offering innovative affordable housing programs for low to moderate income Californians, CalHFA acts as Servicer for all CalHFA Subordinate loans (seconds, thirds, etc.).
If you are experiencing a financial hardship and need help paying your mortgage contact:

When requesting information or submitting a records request, the Agency discourages visitors from including private information. Do not include your Social Security Number. If additional information is needed, you will be contacted regarding your request.
