    • Using the federal banking ACH drafting system, this feature will allow you to set up electronic funds transfers from your checking or savings account to make your monthly payment. You are able to draft just a monthly payment or multiple payments over a three month period. There is no fee for this service.
    • Funds must be in your account on the day of the drafting or your financial institution may charge you with an insufficient funds fee and the drafting will reject.
  • Mail your payment (for First Mortgages only)
