Find a Loan Officer

Buying your first home is not nearly as intimidating with a CalHFA loan officer at your side. CalHFA only works with approved, skilled loan officers who are familiar with CalHFA's loan programs and their various requirements, options and benefits. These loan officers can guide you through the entire home buying process from start to finish.

Finding a CalHFA loan officer in your area is easy.

  • View this list of CalHFA preferred loan officers to locate the name and phone number of a CalHFA-trained loan officer near you.
  • Additionally, if you'd like to visit a branch office location, you can search our branch office database. (Please note that all branch offices may or may not have loan officers on site that are trained to process CalHFA loans.)

Be Prepared Before You Call:

When initially contacting a loan officer, you may want to have this list of documents and information available to help answer questions the loan officer will ask you:

  • Pay stubs
  • Bank statements
  • Employment history
  • Previous tax returns
